Shuriken

A traditionally concealed weapon that is generally used for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing at an opponent’s arteries. They are sharpened hand-held blades made from a variety of everyday items such as needles, nails, and knives, as well as coins, washers, and other flat plates of metal. Most are professionally fashioned, however. Shuriken are mainly a supplemental weapon more commonly used in support of a shinobi’s primary weaponry in their arsenal, though they often play a pivotal tactical role in battle depending upon their use.

Bladed Fans

These fans are made out of nylon fabric with various designs on them. The most prominent part of these fans is that they are constructed with stainless steel. The bars of steel are around seven to ten inches long and are fairly sharp at the tips. There are thirteen of these stainless steel bars, which are attached to nylon fabric, giving these fans an overall weight of one pound. They open with a popping sound to indicate their furry.

Kunai

More of a trowel than anything. The kunai is normally made of wrought iron for cheap forging and is often left unpolished. The kunai was used by common folk as multi-purpose gardening tools and by workers of stone and masonry than anything, before it was adapted as a common ninja tool. Contrary to popular belief, the kunai is not a knife, but something more akin to a wrecking bar. The blade is made of a soft iron and often left unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Normally only the tip would have been sharpened. This design specification has changed in recent times, however. Another contrary to their belief is that they were not, in fact, designed as a throwing tool and were instead designated more as a stabbing and thrusting tool. Although they can be fitted to this purpose with the design changes made. Some ninja find their ambiguous nature to be of more use than shuriken.

Senbon

Adapted from acupuncture to near everyday shinobi uses. Medical ninja first explored the use of the Senbon as that of a weapon and found it to be very effective. It is a lightweight weapon that is extremely easy to conceal and can end up being put to fatal ends if used properly.

Brass Knuckles

Brass knuckles, also sometimes called knuckles, knucks or knuckle dusters, are weapons typically considered to be informal and only for hooligans, when in fact, brass knuckles are a great asset as a secondary weapon because they increase the damage of the user’s punches and they are still able to use both hands freely. These are best used in hand-to-hand combat. “Brass” knuckles are pieces of metal, usually steel despite their name, shaped to fit around the knuckles.

Jo-Staff

This Jo Staff is crafted from select hardwood. It has a length of four feet and is very thick in diameter. It’s almost like a very sophisticated stick with less chance of breaking against a person’s hard skull. This is an excellent tool for training in Jo-Jutsu, the art of the staff. The Jo-Staff, along with the Spear, are the best weapons suited for Shinobi who pursuer the art of long weaponry fighting.

Windmill Shuriken

A large, collapsible shuriken that is easily stored when not in use and folds out into a much larger weapon much to its namesake. Essentially, the weapon itself is nothing more than a super-sized shuriken with a portable feature to it. In its folded state, all four arms of the shuriken are folded together. When full unfolded the large shuriken can be thrown through the air causing great damage.

Tanto

A small, portable dagger usually no more than 6-12 inches in length and easily concealable as a means of surprising the enemy with an up close means of defending or attacking. It is a crude weapon of sorts and is made only for the purpose of either stabbing or slashing at one’s attacker. It was often made famous amongst the Kunoichi, or female shinobi for their preference to conceal the weapon while seducing an often prominent male target before unsheathing the weapon and assassinating them.

Needle Launcher

A concealable weapon often attached to the forearm and hidden beneath one’s loose sleeves to alleviate any suspicion. when ready, the shinobi can peel back their sleeve and take aim with the weapon before pulling the wires taught and releasing them for a quick dispersement of several needles at once. Cutting the opponent’s chance of dodging an attack significantly as the shots will spread out over the area.

Umbrella

Umbrellas were used most by the ninja residing in the Rain Country. This type of umbrella has various compartments that are mainly used to conceal needles which, when the umbrella is thrown in the air with a spinning rotation, begin to protrude from the weapon in a rain-like fashion. This only occurs when a certain Jutsu-the Jutsu this Umbrella performs best with-was made for. As a weapon, an Umbrella is not exactly what a Shinobi would use and consider perfect. However, this Umbrella is very thick and even leave a person out cold for days.

Short Sword

The sword consists of the blade and the hilt. The term scabbard applies to the cover for the sword’s blade when not in use. The blade is not intensely sharp when it is first purchased, considering who it is generally sold to, can be sharpened and battle ready after it has been purchased. It’s great for close range combat for those who are just getting started on their way to becoming a Shinobi and would like to use swords as their main weapon.

Kyodai Sensu

This is a very large fan made out of hard wood and thick paper. The weapon can manipulates the air around the user and turn it into a forceful blow to blast the opponent out of their misery. It’s generally worn on the back, but has been seen being hoisted over the shoulder by some of the more powerful shinobi who wield this weapon. When needed, the fan can unfold and create a large cyclonic of wind. Using some Jutsu in conjunction with this main weapon, the large fan has the potential to slice the opponent by means only of wind.

A Bo-Staff like weapon, which is very powerful and bends on both ends. On both sides of this weapon lay powerful Spear Heads. It’s made out of thick, but light wood, so it’s ideal for a Shinobi who works best with a gap between them and their opponent. This weapon can be used for stabbing and sometimes slicing depending on how experienced the user is.

A pair of scissor like pinchers, they appear almost like praying mantis claws. They can be used to first catch an opponent, then squeezed to slice into the opponent with the inner blades.

With each blade having a unique profile, depending on the smith and the construction method; the power of a Katana is quite significant, considering some types of Katanas were the first as the most powerful weapons throughout the Shinobi World. This basic Katana is a bladed sword that has an exact tip shape, which is considered an extremely important characteristic: the tip can be long, medium, short, or even hooked backwards.

Naginata

Naginata is a pole weapon that was used throughout the world by members of the Shinobi War. It consists of a wood shaft with a curved blade fashioned onto the end, which is similar to some types of glaives. Usually, it also has a sword-like guard between the blade and shaft. The martial art of wielding the Naginata is called Naginata-jutsu.

Red-Hawk Revolver

The handgun that sets the standards by which others are measured; this item is comfortable to walk around with and feels good in one’s hand during battle. It has a textured grip with front and rear serrations that match the color of a red hawk’s feathers. The attention to detail on this gun is not the only aspect of high-quality this gun posses. It also has exceptional accuracy up to fifty feet and is the perfect combination of functionality, design and fun.

3-Sectioned Staff

This 3-section staff is made of natural rattan wood so that it is very light-weight, smooth, and fast throughout a pain staking battle. The reliable ball bearing swivels connect in three segments, all of which lay way to the long section in the middle and on each side. Each section contains solid linked chains that are small in size, but thick in diameter. Each rattan wooden section is approximately twenty six inches and immensely powerful. This 3-section staff comes complete with carrying case and cleaning kit.

A large, single-pieced shuriken with a hole in the middle. The hole is used as a handle to throw with. Due to the tremendous size of this shuriken, it requires a lot of strength to throw it efficiently. Some may be surprised that this weapon is used as a main weapon, but considering its immense size, and that it is worn on the back, it seem appropriate for this to be the strongest weapon in the user’s arsenal. It does no disappoint during battle and work best at long range.

Chain and Gauntlets

This combination is deadly to say the least and is known for its various uses. It’s important to understand that the person wielding this main weapon would really have to be creative since Chains and Gauntlets really don’t appear to do a lot compared to other main weapons. But rest assured, when these are used, they can become a power asset. The Gauntlet is made out of thick metal with fingers tips that are sharp and blades. On the sides of the Gaunlet’s bangle are large hole that eject chains used to wrap around the opponent.

Metal-Head Rope Dart

The dart connected to this rope is chrome plated with an over-all density of seven inches. The rope dart weighs around five ounces and has a rope length of approximately eleven feet. It’s a fast acting; an unwieldy type of exotic weapon and the dart is very sharp. A lot of people do not necessarily use these on a day to day basis because of their unpredictability and sometime uncontrollable speed. However, those Shinobi who have mastered speed, precision, and control find this to be one of the best weapons around.

Cross Bow

A crossbow is a bow mounted on a stick with a mechanism that holds the drawn bowstring, called a nut. Nuts were made of bone, ivory or metal. A trigger system, usually made of metal, could be used to release the nut in order to fire the arrow or bolt that had been place in the shuriken’s compartment. This weapon is made out of hard wood and is new to the Shinobi world as a long range weapon, but it has then since become quite popular in some ninja villages.

Twin-Tiger Head Hooks

Made with light steel, these twin Tiger head hooks are chrome plated. Their spear shaped bottoms and sharp hand guards make every aspect of this item a weapon in it’s own. Other then the handle, every edging of this weapon is sharp and used to gut just about anything. Sold as a pair, these sharp hook blades come with a custom-fit weapon case. The case is filled with thick protective padding, complete with a sturdy handle and luggage tag.

Wrist Blade

The Wrist Blade is clipped upon the arm, and cam spring forth from under a sleeve when needed to surprise any opponent he fights hand to hand. The chakra armour hand is a large metal claw used mainly to capture opponents. The hand will detach and shoot out to bind the opponent, like a metal net. If the user prefers not to shoot out the claw, they can also eject a sticky rope from out of the palm that can grab an opponent and reel them in. And for those that prefer brute force, they can also ball the claw up into a fist and go bashing away.

The shell mace is quite simply a three foot wood base with a gigantic shell attached. Essentially a giant hammer, the weapon is slow and requires great strength to wield, but the impact can crush virtually anything.

The lance is most commonly thought of as a spear like weapon that army soldiers use while on horseback. This weapon is best used for thrusting rather than or slicing, but rest assured that it is a very strong, spear like weapon. These types of lances are broader at the base than the tip in order to help the user counter balance the long length of the lance as they held it with one hand. There is also a thinner form of Lance that is easier to carrier in case the user is built more for speed then power. This lance is constructed of wood with metal reinforcements at the breaking points; a metal lance would be far too heavy for anyone to pick up, let alone manage while riding a horse.

This Hand Forged, high carbon steel blade has been fully sharpened; The hilt depicts the user’s village symbol. The Katana comes standard with burgundy cotton wrapped handle which is double pegged and can be disassembles for maintenance. A Beautiful Polished sheath lays host to this killer and is made of smooth redwood. The Long Katana comes complete with cotton sword bag and cleaning kit. It’s very powerful and immensely sharp, but has o be taken care in order to maintain its immense strength.

The Kusarigama, literally meaning Chain Scythe, is a traditional weapon that consists of a Kama attached to a metal chain with a heavy iron weight at the end. Two of its best uses revolve around long and short ranges. For long ranged attacks, it can be thrown at the opponent and then yanked back to draw the weapon or even the opponent if it drives deep enough into his skin. When use at close range, the user can wrap the enemy up with the chain and then do as he pleases.

Head Cleaving Sword

A giant sword with single-sided blade, it requires incredible strength and technique to wield. But in the grasp of a proper handler, the weapon can be extremely versatile. In the middle of the blade is a large whole that allows the user to grab and hook a target. The sword is also curved and built with a notch near the base that allows the sword to fly in such a way that it boomerangs back towards the user.

Three-Bladed Scythe

The greatest advantage of the three-bladed scythe is its versatility in range. While the user can utilize it like a normal pole-based weapon, they can also launch it at an opponent with the aid of a chakra imbued rope at the base.

The Missile launcher is hidden inside a puppet’s chest generally. When the trap door is removed, a missile is launched at the opponent that has a medium length attack range. On impact, however, the missile will explode, spraying debris about that can injure an opponent even if the missile itself does not directly hit.

The Poison Tail is a fully functional tail weapon that comes automatically equipped with either of the two basic poison types available in the stores (Regular or Chakra Eating) that almost never runs dry. Another poison type may be used, but it will subtract from the number of doses available. The tail is extremely durable and very maneuverable. This weapon costs a bit more than the average weapon of this rank because of the additional poison accessory.

Sound Wave Amplifier

This was originally made by the Shinobi of the Sound Village. A Sound Wave Amplifier is a weapon that releases sound waves and then amplifies them in order to disorientate of their opponent and in some cases, severely hurt them. Chakra is used to move the waves directly into the inner ear of one’s opponent. By disrupting the inner ear in this manner, the target loses their sense of balance and will likely vomit. There are rare occasions when sound misses, but Because the body is 70% water, it conducts the sound just as well. This allows the sound waves to still reach the inner ear no matter what.

Air Vents

This was originally made by the Shinobi of the Sound Village. This type of weapon is an implant and the process of obtaining air vents is quite painful, but some Shinobi who are impermeable to pain find it an easy task. Regardless, it is worth it since Air Vents are very powerful weapons. When used in conjunction with various Jutsu techniques, Air Vent can control supersonic waves and air pressure throughout the user’s body and the arena around them. This allows them to release massive gusts of air at their opponent.

Chuunin Rare
Mateki
Type: Primary Weapon

The Mateki is a Flute made out of strong silver. They are not an ordinary type of weapon and many members of a Shinobi Village would not consider them a weapon at all. But rest assured, the silver head and body possess the unique ability to manipulate the Chakra that the user has and use it to benefit the user in various ways. Entirely handmade, the flute has holes that can be open or closed that have various functions, not only to create beautiful music, but to defeat the user’s opponent. There are even some cases where a Shinobi wielding the Mateki has been to defeat their opponent without even touching them.

Jounin Rare

Twin Lightning Swords
Type: Primary Weapon
Range: Close-Medium Range
Rank Required: S-Class
Special: Increases the effectiveness of all Raiton jutsu.
Chakra: 20
The twin lightnings swords primary function is to enhance the effectiveness of lightning based attacks. The user can charge the swords with electricity and filter lightning jutsu through them with ease. The swords used to belong to the former Mist shinobi Kurosuki Raiga.
Requirement: First to quest for it. Must travel to the Village of Mist.
Kusanagi
Type: Primary Weapon
Range: Close-Medium Range
Rank Required: S-Class
Special: Increases the user’s chakra by 10%.
Chakra: 20
The Kusanagi is a sword of legend. It is said that the sword will transform in response to the chakra of whomever wields it, becoming one with the user. In a sense, the sword becomes like an appendage of the user, more than a separate weapon. In turn, the weapon yields some of its own mysterious power to the user.
Requirement: First to quest for it.
Samehada
Type: Primary Weapon
Range: Close-Medium Range
Rank Required: S-Class
Special: With every successful strike, the Samehada can absorb 3-10% of the opponent’s chakra and feed it to the user (similar to a D rank) if the user wills it. The chakra absorption aspect can only be used once per turn.
Chakra: 20 (40 w/ special)
The Samehada currently belongs to the Missing Ninja and ex-Mist Seven Swordsman, Kisame. Similar in shape to a normal head cleaving sword, it includes several shark like fins that can rip and shred an opponent. Further, the weapon has the unique ability to absorb the chakra of those it comes in contact with and feed it back to the user. The whereabouts of both it and its owner are currently unknown.

Legendary Rare
Kongou-Nyo
Type: Primary Weapon
Range: Medium Ranged

Special: When Enma transforms into this weapon, the user will lose the extra action they normally receive when they summon. However, the weapon will retain its own health percentage and can be used to block and absorb damage from attacks with rather high success until that health is depleted.

The Kongou-Nyo is a weaponized form of the Monkey King Summon Enma. Anyone who can summon Enma has the ability to use this weapon. In this form, the staff becomes as strong as diamonds and can only be damaged by the most powerful of weapons. Further, Enma can use partial transformations while in this form, extending parts of his body out to grapple a foe or opponent. Further, Enma can be utilized to create one of the strongest known defense jutsu.
Requirement: Anyone who can summon Enma, Monkey Contract, can use this weapon.
Raijin Sword

Special: Can dispel energy based attacks to judge discretion for the cost of only 42 chakra. However, the sword will be disabled for the rest of the battle if it attempts to dispel an A rank attack or above.
Chakra: 42
The Raijin Sword originally belonged to the Second Hokage before being stolen by the Rain Ninja Aoi. During battle, the sword was apparently damaged and destroyed by a combined Chidori and Rasengan effort. However, the sword was later recovered by a team of Leaf Ninja and eventually repaired. It has stayed in safe keeping inside the Kage vault, waiting. As for the specifics of the sword, it contains no blade, touting an energy blade instead that can retract at the will of the user. The blade has limited cutting power, instead shocking anyone that comes in contact with it.
