Effect: what it does.

Rank: How high ranked.

Usage: how many/long it can be/able to be used.

Requirments:

Legendary Uchiha

You must have been a Legendary for 2 weeks.

You must have 100 posts. Admins who approve must have 200(just to be fair).

You must not have eternal(hey, this would make you one of most powerful if eternal and custom)

You must train for 1-2 pages.

Uchiha

You must be a uchiha for 5 weeks.

You must have 400 posts.

You must be at least Chuunin.

You must train for 2-3 pages.

This is a prototype. i was just making sure this would be good. Yes I know I screwed up on making sticky.

I know. And you may be admin, but since you get more posts from approving, you would get it too fast. 200 usually takes more than a week.

Eternal is my goal..... i have an accurate way to get it...... but i wonder if any of the kages could revive the dead or heal poeple that are about to die.....
